Have you been to the Boulevard Marketplace  in Metairie? This place carries the work of many artists, as well as consignment, antiques, vintage, all kinds of beautiful gifts and things for your home.

Booth 697 is my space and I have originals, prints, pillows , cards, mugs.... etc. etc Go check it out and email me and tell me what you thought. You will be pleased, and I will be too.

It has been a year of travel so far. I went to a place called Skagit Valley near Seattle to see the amazingly beautiful tulip festival  So I will be painting tulips!!

Also we went to the Canada Rockies, completely different landscapes with mountain and snow and wildlife. Still very inspirational views and beautiful lakes and waterfalls. I will be painting some of those views too.

And last we visited a beautiful resort in Cancun called Xcaret. The color of the water!!!! and the architecture of the place is so amazing and beautiful.

Don't wait too long to order yours.... it takes at least 2 weeks from the time I get the go ahead, until is done. 

Nottoway Plantation was burned down a few months ago. I attended many weddings at this place, as well as overnight stays and celebration lunches. It is sad to see such a beautiful architecture gem  burn down. I have painted Nottoway for friends and commissions and now I have prints available if you would like some.

I have signed up for this Kristin Van Leuven challenge to paint 100 mini paintings in a year and I am enjoying it. After is done, I plan to have a sale and exhibit of all of them. They are only 3x3 in. and all very cute.

This painting titled Garden District No.2, won a merit award ribbon at the New Orleans Art Association Meeting now showing at Deutches House In New Orleans. Beautiful show!!

Recently I visited Santa Barbara in California and got to paint some of the beautiful architecture there. This is one of my paintings. It is called "Grand Entrance"

My art exhibit went wonderfully !! Lots of friends and new fans showed up to enjoy a glass of wine and look at the paintings and many did some Christmas shopping.

Mont St. Michel SOLD !!

The Christmas card this year is titled : Christmas in the Swamp. 

It is a painting of a little hut or stable that houses the Holy Family, while angels and egrets pay honor and the star  shines on the swampy waters.
